A Brief History of the AIFSCS
All India Federation of State Civil/ Administrative Services Association working as a helping hand to the concerned government by providing rigorous research and analysis, topical commentary and explore the key challenges facing by the government. Civil servants are expected to bring in their working ability and think differently while keeping pro-people approach. Unremittingly working for the colle standing beside them at every hour of need and striving for their general wellbeing with an inclusive approach. Proactively encouraging the SCS officers to participate in all the activities of the AIF at every layer in terms of employing their innovative intellectual faculties and domain knowledge towards strengthening AIF's delivery mechanism. Developing a powerful Data Bank of nation-wide SCS related information covering all applicable Rules, Regulations, Government Orders, Case Laws etc. to the collective benefit of all SCS officers across the country. Effectively pressing into service AIF's support mechanism for the SCS Associations in crisis management on the ground towards protecting their legitimate interests and promoting career prospects. To organizing workshops, seminars, sensitization sessions, round tables etc. on contemporary issues across sectors towards cementing national integrity, cultural assimilation, strengthening country's democratic structures and institutions, social re-engineering process and contributing to nation's economic growth. Strengthening AIF's Resource base by enlisting effective support and co- operation in terms of regular payment of applicable Membership Fees as also generous donations/ contributions/Special Legal subscriptions to the AIF coffer from all the State/UT SCS Associations as needed towards fulfilment of the aims and objectives of the AIF and infusing sustainable energy and strength to AIF's ability to go ahead with its mission for SCS officers' collective benefits. |
